Nyanza Economic Forum is a non-partisan, global network of individuals, groups and organizations working together to:
identify, package and promote specific investment opportunities in selected high potential productive sectors of Nyanza Province;
mobilize financial, human and technical resources and support for individuals and groups seeking to take advantage of the identified investment opportunities;
champion for the improvement of the business environment in Nyanza through advocacy, information dissemination and public events.
The Forum was founded on the premise that Nyanza people have both the means and the ability to eradicate the widespread poverty in the Province, and to achieve sustainable economic development for the benefit of all its citizens. It is dedicated to breaking down the barriers of social and economic development in Nyanza and to encouraging widespread and effective participation at all levels of Nyanza in the development of a prosperous, healthy and productive society
